PrestaShop or WooCommerce—what’s better?: We help our clients choose the best solution for their current business needs. The choice of e-commerce platform depends on the functionality the final product should include. For a precise recommendation, we suggest filling out our BRIEF.
Do you handle hosting and an SSL certificate?: Yes—we move the approved product to the location indicated by the client. If the client doesn’t have hosting yet, we recommend the optimal solution. We also implement SSL certificates for every website or online store.
How long is technical support available after the project is completed?: We know it takes time to get used to new technologies, which is why we offer 30 days of free support for our clients after the project is completed. After that, depending on your needs, you can purchase administration services.
Is it possible to meet the team in the office?: Unfortunately not—our team is distributed and works remotely. If needed, we can arrange an online meeting.
Besides hiring individual developers, can I hire a full SCRUM team?: Yes, we build interdisciplinary teams for various client projects.
Who are the people in your team?: Our team is mainly composed of computer science engineers from AGH University, each with at least two years of experience in delivering commercial projects.
How many specialists do you have on your team?: Depending on the project, we have 4 to 7 people available.
Do you issue VAT invoices?: Yes, of course. We issue VAT invoices with 23% VAT.
